Tropical Storm Henri made landfall near Westerly, Rhode Island, on Sunday afternoon, bringing with it strong winds and heavy rain that caused damage and knocked out power. But other parts of southern New England — including the Boston area — saw minimal impacts from the storm.

Ahead, photos showing Henri’s landfall and impacts in New England, as well as a few residents making the most of the stormy weather.
